Been staying here since 2008 and have always been upgraded to one of their suites, actually I've never seen a non-suite room here even though I always book the cheapest rate.
This time last month was upgraded to their Harbour View Suite on 18th floor.
The suite has 1.5 bath and fantastic views of HKG harbour.
I believe this is the 2nd time since '08 that the suites have been renovated. Unfortunately the lobby and breakfast area remains the same for almost 2 decades now.
Didn't get a chance to visit the lounge this time but if memory serves me right, nothing to write about. Breakfast is still complimentary for eligible elites.
Price was a bit on the higher side last January (365USD/night) and definitely more expensive than comparable marriott properties at HKG side but had to stay here as was celebrating a friend's birthday weekend getaway trip. But if anyone is interested in shopping, then this is the hotel to stay at.
edit: have to agree with a previous post that the breakfast restaurant is too small for the hotel's size. Had to wait for over 30 minutes to get seated and this was during non-peak time.
