Having the same bizarre problem with a MUC-HAN-PQC-HAN-MUC VN flight taken in early January. First three legs credited just fine, last one is missing. Filed a missing miles claim and received an email that my miles and XP are now credited -- except they aren't. Replied and was told that there was a technical issue and they'd escalate to the appropriate department. The missing flight will take me to Plat, so wouldn't mind having this resolved in a somewhat timely matter. Does it make sense to call?
