I just booked an Airlink redemption using Avios myself today.

Interestingly, the same availability was showing on the mobile app but did not show up on the website. Nonetheless, I was able to ticket without hassle on the app.

I also saw that the partners page is updated now to show earn rates on Airlink flights, so I guess this is pretty official now.
