If your fare class is D, you should have access to business class lounges. In HKG, as up-post said, CX home port lounges will be your first priority (Pier, Wing, Bridge); in SIN, I usually used QF F (I'm OW Emerald); 3 hours in DOH will go fast by just staying in Al Mourjan. In OSL, I am aware of only OSL Lounge when flying OW partners.
