Who knows what the ownersship and leasing situation might be? In addition to the sub-lease finishing, WY's main lease may just have expired and the owners have other plans. Or they are insisting on a new lease with QR that is longer or more expensive than QR want (WY may have subsidised the sub-lease). I believe QR have previously sent back some 772's with Qsuite fitted. The machinations of leasing agreements can be very complex.
