So i have two questions if I may...
Can i claim the avios and tier points as the cancellation was not down to me - if so how do i claim?
The equivalent service on SAS is not a full business service i.e. you only get standard class food from the inflight menu (though it's free) and standard seating (no middle seat free). Therefore can i claim that this is not a direct replacement for the cost paid?
Many thanks
Should this question be over in the BA forum?
You can claim for Original Routing Credit but would need to claim through the FF programme you wish to credit to.
Whether you have been downgraded or not may be debatable if you were accommodated in SAS's Business Class, but if so would probably be a separate claim under EC/UK 261
