Free changes I referred to apply to tickets purchased on QR website / app. Even the cheapest fares purchased on QR website allow 1 free change or free cancellation to travel voucher without change fees, which is clearly advertised in fare rules when you select ticket category. The next to cheapest fares allow 2 changes without fees.
