I ended up using RS Transports instead of Ozeroute. Their website is rudimentary which didn’t instil confidence but the service was excellent. Booking request was confirmed with email and then WhatsApp with meeting locations and vehicle details. Driver was on time and booster seat automatically provided for small child. (Ozeroute charged extra to go to hotel and only runs at set times.)

Arriving into BVA Sunday night was great, quiet, very fast through immigration.

But on Thursday afternoon for our departure, BVA was chaos with several long lines and no clear idea of which one to join. They had different security lines based on flight but that wasn’t made known until you got to the front of the wrong line - best to just ask other people or staff if you can find one. In the end we still made it through security just fine with plenty of time waiting at the gate. Nowhere to refill water bottles except sinks in the WC.

RS Transport departed Disney hotel at 14:00, got to BVA about 15:40 which was about 2 hours before departure. That was enough time with hand luggage only. If you need to check bags then allow time for long Ryanair or Wizz queues as well as security queues.
