4A is forward facing in both configurations, albeit attached in the Concept D version. If you are trying to select a forward facing seat that's guaranteed to be unattached, I recommend 10A or 10L.
If doing so, remember to preorder your meal, as they will be out of whatever you want by the time they get to you now that meal service is standardized front to back.

Not quite as concerned with forward facing as much as avoiding a connect seat. Kind of like rear facing on TA’s as the plane flies slightly nose up and makes it easier for me to sleep.
So I'm not the only one who doesn't recline the seat all the way flat then, I leave it so my head is slightly raised
