from the moment we checked in staff has bent over backwards for us

They asked if we would like to wait til 4p for an upgrade as a titanium was leaving and they would quickly make up the room

concierge reservations have been flawless and follows up with confirmations

breakfasr was plentiful fast and efficient

room are brand new and despite being W chic they work

Gym 24/7 location terrific

so far 10/10
