That opening date for Springdale is new. Yeah, that's exactly why I was interested! The HP Moab was an incredible deal as a Cat 2 for at least a few years before it went straight to a Cat 5 so maybe this will be the same. One can dream anyway.
If you are looking for something, the Cliffrose might be a good option at $250/nt through
SkyAuction. The site looks super dodgy but I've used it many times back when they had Amex Offers. I last used it a couple of years ago to book a Fairmont and it still worked fine. Shame that their selection has shrunk so much.
