That opening date for Springdale is new. When I looked a few weeks ago, all they had was the guitar-playing couple on the hotel's webpage and no useful information at all, I figured out it was the old HIEX from the address. I do have a visit to the area in late April planned and would be interested in staying there. I did once stay at the property when it was IHG. My only concern is how many points it might be. There aren't a lot of hotels in Springdale, much less chain hotels, and their room rates can be quite high.
