When I used to stay at this hotel, the upgrade for me as Platinum was always either a choice of harbour view room or a suite (without harbour view). However, I have not stayed here for at least 10 years, so I am looking for some data points on recent upgrade experiences.

This time, I specifically need a room with two twin or double beds. If I book the basic city view room, what are the likely room upgrades? I am still Platinum Elite. Any experiences, appreciate your sharing. Thank you!
