I was on TK 607 today from IST to NBO, operated by an A332 with 24J. Nearly all of the business class seats had very limited recline - about 60 degrees (although the leg rests did fully extend). There was a bit of a language barrier with the crew as to whether this was a known issue before the flight departed (I think they were saying that’s how this aircraft configuration always was but everything I’m seeing online suggests these should be cradle style angle flat (at 150 degrees).

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

I think the entire cabin was rather upset as this basically just made the business class seat little different from a premium economy one. Is this something I should be able to be compensated by Turkish for? The cabin crew were unwilling or unable to do so.
