Menu and wine list from Seattle earlier this week. Pretty uninspiring all in all. The beef salad was ok but bland, the halibut dry and the puree reminiscent of tomato sauce. Cheese was good and I didn't bother with desert. Wines were solid although the Greywacke was substituted with Dog Point. I missed breakfast and ate in the Concorde Room in the Arrivals Lounge.
