It’s not the end of the world. I don’t remember if they have free luggage carts at BOS, but if you go curbside you usually can find one that’s been abandoned. Then go upstairs and follow the signs to Central Parking. Cut straight across the parking garage, following the signs to Terminal A. In Terminal A, go down one level to the ticketing level, walk across the ticketing level, then back up one level, following the signs to Terminal B.
