Email sent to the priority email address yesterday - no auto reply and 24 hours later no response. Pretty poor for GGL. After 10 years I expect that I won't retain GGL next year with the new qualification levels - ordinarily I would have missed the GGL line and their responsiveness more than anything else, but there is now nothing to miss. Perhaps part of BA's plan to reduce disappointment levels next year when I drop
