Delete and reinstall the app. Reboot in between removing and installing.
make sure notifications are allowed globally, that focus status isn’t accidentally enabled, that you have the correct display-as (I used list), and you’re not using Apple’s AI intelligence garbage to “group” notifications and maybe deprioritize Delta.
