Will someone please humour me with an answer.

Tried the search facility on advanced and normal search but could not find what I needed.

Wishing to purchase the cheap club/first ticket This month from Lisbon to Miami. Priced the ticket via the BA web site..See I cannot use UK issued credit card to purchase this.

Can I simply phone BA Lisbon to make the purchase and give my credit card over or do I have to follow some other procedures.

Planning only late evening arrival 16 February with departure 17 February from Lisbon and returning to UK 21 Feb. Booking LHR/LIS later in the month but not planning to use it. Any problems with this.

Also note this gives total routing gives 400 tier points which I believe is good for Silver. To reduce research is it currently better with the winter special mileage offers to provide a Finnish address for lower tier point qualification or UK address to secure the special winter mileage offers ??

Sorry for what are evidently questions that have been asked before but I bow to your expertise in this field. My own experience is simply with EI or LH and I have now abandoned EI.
