Just trying to figure it out, what would you write to LP team exactly ? Complain about not informing you upfront that you could not get champagne before take off while you add some in the lounge ?
I understand that considering the ticket prices, we all expect super high standards especially on hard product.
However, raising this specific case while you could have asked the staff for explanation on board is tmho not worth it
