Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked 3 Classic Garden View rooms, 2 with cash and 1 with points. 2 of the 3 rooms got upgraded to Classic River View.
How are the rooms?
The room is average for a hotel of this calibre, though the Japanese toilet is a plus.
How is the exec. lounge?
Excellent and attentive service with great food offerings.
What was good and what was bad?
Pretty much everything was good, from pre-arrival communication, concierge, check-in, Club InterContinental, to the Lu Yuan Chinese Restaurant. The only place that can see improvement is the service during breakfast at Elements All Day Dining, although food was also great.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Excellent points value for redemption. Not sure if I will come to Ningbo again, but if I do, this place will be my 1st choice.
