Man had a somewhat negative interaction the last day or so.

Went to a local OD/OM and bought 3x200 to activate the Master Cards. At the very end there was a little form that printed out saying one of the cards weren't activated. Odd, we looked at the packages, and two of the scanned gift cards matched, but a third one didn't. After much deliberation between a higher clerk, then an assistant manager came over (grumpy old guy) claimed that there's way too much fraud going on and they should never sell gift cards. I'm like... what is going on here? Do I need to call corporate or what? At the end, they voided one of the cards that didn't match and refunded me one of them. I double checked with a phone call on my existing cards and registered them. Came back the next day and bought 3 more and wanted to give kudos to the higher clerk for his patience. Grumpy assistant manager comes over, says I basically swiped a card and was scamming them.

I got visibly annoyed and was basically went, don't accuse me of any wrong doing, second if I was doing this, why are you letting me continue my sale?

Wondering if I should complain to corporate about this. Sheesh.
