There are 2 of us in our household and both of us have stopped getting text notification regarding check-in, etc. and also, In-app notifications have stopped regarding check-in, gate changes, boarding zone, etc...

I have called the helpdesk, and they confirmed all my iPhone settings were correct. Thoughts? suggestions?
