I think that you can probably find various depreciation schedules for luggage.
As I mentioned in my earlier post, Central Baggage did not even counter-offer anything. Simply, the case is closed, and all my subsequent messages were ignored.
I was also asked to contact Rynn’s Luggage, though they said, "you are out of our range of service and we are unable to assist with this request." I assume this means they do not serve Taiwan, where I live.
