InterContinental Hangzhou ICC, Diamond Ambassador

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked 3 Classic rooms, 2 with cash and 1 with points. Negotiated with the hotel in advance to have 2 rooms upgraded to Premium River View as I would upgrade my Ambassador membership here. At the end, all 3 rooms were Premium River View rooms.
How are the rooms?
Great view and very spacious. I like the desk, too. Shower room door is not well-designed (bathmat gets stuck) and the drawers were not well cleaned. Soundproof was bad.
How is the exec. lounge?
Food was okay. Service was lackluster during Chinese New Year.
What was good and what was bad?
Pre-arrival communication was excellent, so was the food at the Sun & Moon Restaurant. The Connections Lobby Lounge has live music in the evening. Service at Sun & Moon Restaurant and Fresh All Day Dining Restaurant was not as always good.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Good points value for redemption, and I might return.
