Curious, though: Where do they fly the 767? I don't know what route the poster used. But the flights from the Washington DC area and Baltimore seem to use more cramped seating with smaller pitch. Aerolopa shows 5" recline for Saga on the Max 8, and 3" in Economy on Max 8. So that can certainly make a difference on a 6 or 6.5 hour flight. And it's not right for Icelandair to lie about Saga seat recline, even though some people apparently think lies are OK.
