Some more information from a recent trip:

I shared a copy of the itinerary to myself by email via AC.com and it shows a Mastercard ending in 5202 being used for the total amount - card is not mine. There is also a PDF AC itinerary attached without the credit card info, but does show Flex fare - earn 100% Aeroplan points and earn the equivalent in Status Qualifying Miles in the fare rules. Nothing has been awarded yet.

There is no pricing discrepancy between data sources. SQ segments were in N, so not expecting anything from them, otherwise this trip would get me to 50K if the AC segments come through. AC segments were eupgraded no problem, though SQ wouldn't check in online as being waitlisted shows as an unconfirmed ticket to them, while AC wouldn't allow check in online for the return saying to check in with SQ instead. SQ bag tag showed up automatically in the AC app, and showed as a priority bag, even though SQ was not treating it as such - no PRIOR markings or orange tag. To my complete surprise, my bag beat me to the belt at YVR despite no delays getting off the plane or going through Nexus.
