3) The base rooms are 600 and the other rooms are 520 Sq ft. What makes the Deluxe worth more - the balcony? Is the view that much better?

Good question I just asked that same one above maybe you can glean a couple things there. We are also going in March. If the pools are freezing cold that would be a turnoff.
