Assuming this is about central parking, their FAQ says there's a grace period but doesn't say what it is. It says you'll be charged extra if you arrive "significantly" early but doesn't say what that is, either. That said, Reddit posts say the grace period is one hour. That information is worth no more than you pay to read Reddit posts, perhaps less.
As for late entry: I don't think they care. You just don't get any extension on your reserved departure time. If you reserved 2 pm one day to 2 pm the next, and you don't show up until 4 on the first day, you still have to be out by 2 on the second.
