It appears they are building a new W (W Singapore Marina View) across the street from the Westin - construction is basically only one level above ground now but is active (I can see the workers from my room at the Westin). They are also selling residences, but the signage confirms a hotel portion, as well.
According to their website, the hotel will be level 1-14 and feature 360 rooms (The Westin has 305 for comparison) and the residences will be level 15-51 with a total of 683 residences. Wet deck and FIT on level 15.
