if you have tsa pre and or clear a should be pretty quick, BUT you are nearing spring break which hits BOS pretty hard, be cautious about using clear it can be a bit slow so look before you opt into that line, I keep hearing that BoS is going to digital soon but that has been about a year of chatter now
Agreed, and time of day matters too. The E check-in and security can be a bit of a zoo with that leisure spring break travel in the morning when the Caribbean and HNL flights are going out, and it'll naturally be busier in the late afternoon and evening for the TATL flights. But in the middle of the day, it's a ghost town.
There is also the new security checkpoint in A open from 4 AM - 8 AM, down at the very far end that dumps you by A11. I've used that a few times now...if you arrive and see a substantial line for the main checkpoint, it's worth checking if the new one is shorter.
