It happens now that when you rebook an LX ticket (724 ticket stock) on the swiss.com webpage you are landing on the LH booking tool.
That per se is no problem, but what it now does is to issue the changed ticket onto Lufthansa (220) ticket stock.
This has the implication that the Swiss Core Customer Care team has no more control over your ticket and whatever you want to do you end up with Lufthansa HON line.
And that I call a huge problem.
It continues to get worse and worse......
