Yes, I wonder how much revenue goes down the toilet due to their booking processes. And I'm amazed how slow or not at all these systems are fixed or enhanced (in the real meaning of the word). There's such a huge focus on saving costs but not on making things better and therefore increasing revenue or not loosing revenue...
