Trying to book a flight, OSL - AUS with KLMAF. I have the ST E+ status earned from SAS EB Gold program. I can't seem to find where or how to link my EBG status with my Flying Blue status. Am I to book first on KLM and contact customer service for an upgrade to receive the ST E+ perks? Also, tried via the skyTeam's booking website but that doesn't work either (website is mostly unresponsive). Anyone with a suggestion?
