Is one able to clear immigration at either terminal upon arrival? I have a hand bag only self transfer between DL (arriving T2 from SEA at 9:05pm) and HB (departing T1 to HKG at 11:30pm). Not sure if I will be able to online check in before on the TPE-HKG segments, and if Greater Bay Airline have a transfer desk at TPE. So might have to clear immigration, and would be easier if I could clear it at T1 in order to avoid landslide transfer between terminals.

If I need to transfer landslide T2-T1, how is that transfer?
