To my knowledge, it’s new.

Also interesting they lumped AA CK/EXP/PP & OWEs together. I suppose only tiebreaker between them would be date/time of booking, and possibly the corporate travel one. The other waitlist priority tiebreakers would appear to require an AS FFN on the booking.
