Purchased a one world RTW business ticket that has stops in NRT, HKG, DOH. JAL for NRT SIN, QR for HKG DOH OSL.

I think that I can use JL Sakura, and Cathy The Pier Business in HKG. Not sure what to do in DOH for 3 hour layover?

What lounges do you recommend? Also there seems to be wording about Business Lite exclusions does booking the one world RTW ever use Business lite fares?
