Do you have Star Gold status, either through UA or through another *A partner? If so, you'll get free access to all of the UC lounges on your itinerary (and any partner lounges in the US or outside), because it is an international trip. If you have Premier Gold or higher status on UA, then you automatically have Star Gold status.
