Honestly I'd have expected this to have happened by now. I'm sure the CCT are keen on it, but they've been keen on a lot of things these past couple of years that have been stopped by those higher up.

I've already booked half a dozen long haul business class tickets with SkyTeam since the announcement. Any personalised targets should have been handed out long before mid-Feb.

But who knows.
