For # of nights, that just depends on what you want to do there. I stayed for 3 nights and thought it was a good amount of time. The Borobudur tour will only take 2 hours max so you can do other activities on the same day. I think if you wanted to go see Prambanan as well (since that's more of a whole day activity) or just have more time relaxing at the hotel, then 4 nights is great.
FYI, they don't really have spa facilities, it's just one of the suites converted into a treatment room. The pool area is really nice though.
Thank you all for the info, super helpful. We're coming from SFO via Singapore, so decided to stay at Garrya nearby to maybe check out Prambanan, then go to Amanjiwo for 3 nights. The peak pricing feels bad compared to rainy season but I'm so excited to check out an early Aman.
Amanoi was a contender for this troup, but I've always wanted to visit Indonesia.
