In my experience the cancelation fee showed as $400 throughout, even on an Economy Deluxe fare, right up to the final point, where the correct amount was shown. Take a screenshot if you wish. You can also contact the call center and ask the amount, though if you do the refund over the phone they will charge a $30 fee.
