Nicest - Panama City Beach - fresh color scheme, has real one bedroom suites, a real restaurant and is right on the beach. Really surprised this wasn’t higher branded, like at least a Centric.

Worst - Phoenix North - Amerisuites conversion, missing ottoman in our room, very worn furniture, gross carpet.
