First time doing BRG claim, used the website form and ensured I attached screenshots.Comments also explicitly stated the price difference in the same currency.
CSO replied 1 week later denying claim and gaslighted me for not providing screenshots during submission.The link to the booking website (Agoda in my case) was also provided for them to click in and check. The rate is still lower today (even after a week)

Guess I'll need to take a screenshot of the form before submission too.
