I understand that most Mexican cities are ITD OSS- but not Mexico City.
What about Caribbean countires/ Bahamas/Bermuda?
I believe 4 Mexican airports are ITD (CUN, PVR, SJD, ZIH), but not OSS.
As far as the Caribbean is concerned, KIN and MBJ are ITD. So are NAS and BDA. I don't know if they are OSS though.
