HP Orlando Airport is just finishing a renovation. So even though it's an older Amerisuites property, the room refresh has made it quite nice inside with a new bathroom layout and furniture. New lobby as well. So not all former Amerisuite properties are horrible. There is a $7/night parking charge, though.
Most new build (last 5 years or so) Has are usually pretty nice for the segment. Much better (and often more expensive) than the comparable IHG, Hilton or Marriott properties, or maybe I'm comparing the newer HPs to the older Fairfields, HIXes and Hamptons, too
