Did a bit of searching and Hoya has a branded optical shop "Hoya Vision Care Studio" in Aoyama
https://hoya-vcs.jp/ and also hit on Oh My Glasses which carries Seiko, Hoya, and Tokai lenses with a price list

Thank you - I may check out the Hoya studio next year when it may be time to redo my glasses. I'm loving my Masunaga frames ($255 at Masunaga Aoyama vs $800 at a LA optical shop), but I wasn't exactly blown away by my new Varilux XR lenses. If the Hoya Tokyo cost for lenses is less than my VSP copay for the same features, and I can get a better product with Hoya, then it's worth a try if they can be done quickly.
Not sure how Seiko and Tokai compare with other HD progressive options.
