I don't believe there is any difference anymore. There is some corporate discounts which will make the citibike membership cheaper for those people.

Also, with a chase sapphire reserve, lyft pink right now is free for 2 years or 50% thereafter. So if you are buying lyft pink out of pocket, the CSR fee is just $50 incremental per year after $300 travel credit and $200 lyft pink.
