Yes, ARN lounge is overcrowded but that's far from rare among airline lounges in Europe. The food presentiation is not the best, but adequate to purpose. If you think that food being presented in regular crockery is "gross" then I'm sorry but I don't know what to tell you.

OS lounges have been done dirty but the recent refurbishment, but there was some work recently to undo some of the damage, and I haven't been back yet... good chance they'll be on the list, but for now I reserve my judgement.
