"Hilton portfolio" is defined in the Honors terms, published here: https://www.hilton.com/en/hilton-honors/terms/

The term "hotel within the Hilton Portfolio" as used in these Terms and Conditions is defined any hotel that participates in the Hilton Honors program.
However, there is a separate set of terms for the SLH participation in Hilton Honors, published here: https://www.hilton.com/en/brands/sma...nd-conditions/ which includes this language:

I do not know what the "in a unique capacity" stipulation means in this context.
