On the "earn x miles and get y miles free on top" challenge that was on until 31 Dec last year: I took a flight on 30 Dec which wasn't credited until a few days later. Based on my reading of the T&C, this should have counted for the challenge. However, in my case, it didn't, and I didn't get any bonus miles. I wrote to M&M about it but never got a response. Would there be any meaningful ways of chasing it or should I just write it off?
